Sarah, PT, DPT at Jefferson Park

Sarah, PT, DPT earned her doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020 in St. Augustine, Florida. She is registered to practice in Illinois and has been serving the Chicagoland area for 3 years. Sarah is certified in Dry Needling and has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and chronic conditions. Sarah was inspired to go into physical therapy after seeing the restorative properties of exercise through yoga, weightlifting, and boxing.

She currently practices both yoga, weightlifting, and Muay Thai in her free time as well as exploring all the music and food that Chicago has to offer. She decided to become a physical therapist in order to help people achieve their goals by recovering after injury, optimizing current function, and managing ongoing pain. Sarah strives to incorporate what people are passionate about into their plan of care to shorten recovery time to return to what you love doing while avoiding unnecessary surgeries.
