Cristina, PTA graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Morton College in 2009 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She has been working in an outpatient physical therapy setting for eleven years. Cristina’s focus is manual therapy and therapeutic exercise through one-on-one therapy. She has completed an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy intensive program, learning neural mobilization to help speed recovery, increase soft tissue / joint mobility and strength to maintain gains after a full return.
Cristina treats patients with chronic neck and back pain along with many other orthopedic conditions, such as knee replacements and pre & post-op shoulder and hip surgeries. Cristina is fluent in Spanish and English. She enjoys spending time with her family, she is the mother of three very lucky children. Cristina loves to learn and is always taking classes to learn new skills to help her patients.
