Dominika, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
FYZICAL Garfield Ridge

Dominika is fluent in Polish and English. She is an orthopedic specialist with a strong interest in Sports Rehabilitation. Dominika works closely with local athletes in the area to help them get back to doing the activities they love. Dominika in her own words: When I first got out of High School, I always knew that I wanted a fulfilling career. I wanted to focus on helping people. I first did my general education at Joliet Junior College and received my Associates in Arts Degree. After taking the general courses, I had to decide on what I wanted to do.

I love working out and that is just something that I do every day (well almost). One day it hit me, Physical therapy! I can finally help people while doing what I love, strength training. I went to Fox College to get my degree (Associates in Science), as well as receiving my license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I am huge on weight training, so I love making my patients work (remember, age is just a number 😉). I am also pending to be a pelvic floor specialist. I love my job and I hope to inspire people to be better versions of themselves mentally and physically. I want my patients to feel better and stronger, through good energy, positivity, as well as education on their bodies.
