Andres, MBA
Stretchologist
FYZICAL Oak Brook
My name is Andres, I graduated from Aurora University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, specializing in Sport Performance. Since completing my degree, I’ve built a fourteen-year career in the fitness and performance industry, working as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach across a wide range of client populations. Throughout this time, I’ve had the opportunity to design and implement individualized training programs focused on strength development, athletic performance, functional movement, and long-term physical health.
Over the last eight years, I have dedicated a significant portion of my professional work to Assisted Stretching. This specialized focus has allowed me to help clients improve mobility, enhance recovery, reduce pain, and optimize movement efficiency. By combining my background in exercise science with hands-on stretching modalities, I’ve developed an integrated approach that supports both performance goals and overall well-being.
My commitment to ongoing education and practical experience continues to shape my coaching philosophy. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to move better, feel stronger, and reach their full physical potential through thoughtful, science-based training and personalized care.
