I got into Stretch to help improve my own mobility limitations as well to improve my recovery and performance from Strength training. I experienced the benefits of implementing a stretching program first hand and became passionate about sharing its benefits to my clients. The body is an amazing machine and with the proper maintenance and upkeep it can be moving for many years. Why not feel good in your own body while you still can!
I decided to return to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant and I received my licensure as a PTA after graduating from Harper College in 2021. I have gotten most of my experience in the outpatient setting and have worked with a wide range of patients. I am looking forward to improving my skills in helping patients improve their balance and I enjoy working with patients on their posture to help relieve discomfort.
