FYZICAL Mt. Prospect opened in December of 2021, and although our presence here is new, we are familiar with this wonderful community in the Northwest Suburbs. Our services are available to all adults with orthopedic problems including advanced training for treatment of back and neck pain. We also are dedicated to preventing falls and treating balance and vestibular disorders including vertigo and concussion, as well as neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease with the LSVT BIG program.

Bart is by far Chicagoland’s most knowledgeable vestibular therapist. If you’re having issues with bppv, vertigo, or balance issues he’s the person to place your trust in. Awesome and clean facility! Covid-19 friendly as the therapist do not jump from one patient to another and spend the full treatment session with you. Bart, Omar and Dominika are all friendly and attentive to your recovery. They are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
